MICROWAVE & RADAR ENGG.:
Qualification: · Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics branch of Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution. Preference will be given to Post Graduate (ECE) with specialization in Microwave / Radar Engg. Experience: · Minimum experience of 4 years for DM & 2 years for AM in the relevant area with minimum two years in the immediate lower grade or equivalent. · Should have experience in the following areas: - Radar, Microwave Systems, Antenna arrays and Electronic warfare, - Receiver system analysis & design, prototypes, - Provide Engineering support to customer requirements in Microwave assemblies and sub-systems of Radar / Microwave test and elevation of radar, - Microwave instrumentation & analysis tools, testing, tuning, debugging & optimizing prototype circuits & components to meet specifications and in manufacturing produce-ability requirements. · Production of Avionics and ground systems environment including maintenance is desirable.
ELECTRONICS -PROJECT MGMT. AND MECHANICAL-PROJECT MGMT.:
Qualification: · Electronics -Project Mgmt.-Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics branch of Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution & should possess Project Mgt. Programme (PMP) certificate from Project Mgmt. Institute (PMI). M.Tech/MBA from recognized University is desirable. · Mechanical -Project Mgmt. – Degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical branch of Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution & should possess Project Mgt. Programme (PMP) certificate from Project Mgmt. Institute (PMI). M.Tech/MBA from recognized University is desirable. Experience: · Minimum experience of 4 years for DM & 2 years for AM in the relevant area with minimum two years in the immediate lower grade or equivalent. · Should have worked in Aerospace/High Tech Engg. Industry with hands on experience in the following areas: - Project Planning & Execution - Project Risk Management & Accounting - Client and Vendor Management - Quality Assurance procedures - Conducting Production reviews - Resource allocation & deliver results within time frames - Conversant & Visionary in using and implementing latest PM tools - Building of project teams - Generation of Reports etc. 2.
