LIMITED Bharat Dynamics requires Executives as under:
(1 VH & 1 HH is reserved out of 3 posts of Junior Managers) AGE: Sl. No. 1&2 maximum age is 45 years and Sl.No.3 maximum age is 28 years as on 01-07-2009. Age Relaxation: The age limit is relaxable for 5 years in respect of SC and 3 years in respect of OBC (non creamy layer) candidates for the posts at Sl.No.1&2. The age limit is relaxable for 5 years in respect of ST for the post at Sl. No.3. Candidates belonging to OBC (non creamy layer) category are required to produce Community certificate in proof of their community at the time of interview stating that they do not come under the Creamy layer, from a Competent Authority, In the prescribed format. The certificate should have been issued on or after 1st day of the month in which this advertisement is published. In respect of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for the posts at Sl.No. 1&2 and 10 years for the posts at Sl.No.3, which is over and above the relaxation admissible for candidates belongings to SC/ST/OBC (non creamy layer) wherever applicable. For candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu and Kashmir during the period 01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989, upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years. Relaxation will be extended as per rules in respect of Ex-Servicemen/Commissioned Officers/ECOs/SSCOs who have rendered at least 5 years of Defence service and have been released on completion of assignment. 1. For the Post of Deputy Manager (IMM): Qualification: i) Degree in Engineering or Technology. MBA (Marketing/Materials Management is desirable) Experience: 4 years experience in the relevant area with minimum two years in the immediate lower grade or equivalent. Exposure to computerization in Material Management. 2. For the Post of Deputy Manager (Environment): Qualification: i) Degree in Civil Engineering with PG Diploma in Environmental Engineering from a recognized institution. Experience: 4 years experience in Environmental Management in manufacturing industry, with two years in the immediate lower grade or equivalent. Exposure to Quality Control like ISO 14000 is desirable, Exposure to computerization in the relevant area. Selection procedure: Is by Oral interview. (Option is available to give Interview in Hindi Language) 3. (a) For the Post of Junior Manager (Official Language) : Qualification: i) MA (Hindi) from a recognized University with English as a subject at degree level with PG Diploma in Translation from a recognized University/Institute OR ii) MA (English) from a recognized University with Hindi as a subject at degree level with PG Diploma in Translation from a recognized University/Institute. Experience: Two years experience of Translation from English to Hindi & vice-versa from an organization of repute. Knowledge of Computers is desirable 3. (b) & (c) For the Post of Junior Manager (Civil/Electrical): Qualification: Degree in Engineering or Technology in Civil / Electrical Branches of Engineering from any recognized University/ Institution with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate (average of marks scored for all Semesters / years OR corresponding marks of CGPA rating / Gradations in their examinations. The condition of 50% marks in qualifying exam has been relaxed for BDL Employees. Desirable: To indicate gate score, minimum experience of two years. Selection procedure: Is by Written Test, & Oral Interview. (Option is available to use Hindi Language) Pay & Allowances: In addition to basic pay, DA, HRA as applicable. Company accommodation is provided at Bhanur Unit at the prescribed rates and HRA not applicable at Bhanur Unit. Allowances applicable viz., uniform washing/ lunch / conveyance / Leave Travel allowance and production linked annual incentive, quarterly incentive. Other facilities, viz., PF, gratuity, medical facilities etc. General conditions: 1. Management reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies advertised as per the need or cancel the advertisement itself without any notice. 2. Management reserves the right to fill or not to fill the posts and mere fulfillment of qualifications and other requirements laid down does not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview. 3. Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standard etc. in order to restrict the number of candidates to be called for Selection procedure. 4. Applicants serving in Government, Quasi-Government Organizations, Public Sector Undertakings should produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of Interview failing which they will not be permitted to appear for the Interview. 5. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to verification of Caste and Character & Antecedents as the case may be from the concerned Authorities, as per the Rules of the Company. 6. Rs.200/- which is non-refundable, is to be sent in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of “Bharat Dynamics Limited” payable at Hyderabad along with registration slip to “DM, C-P&A (Plg & ED), Bharat Dynamics Limited, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad – 500 058”. Applicants belonging to SC/ST/Persons with Disability and BDL employees are exempted from payment of application fee. How to Apply: Applications should be submitted strictly ONLINE by logging on to BDL Website http.//bdl.ap.nic.in and click on “Careers” and subsequently enter on relevant post being applied. Applications will not be accepted through any other mode. The Website will be open on 22/07/2009 and closes on 10/08/2009 for submission of application form. The Web site will be kept open upto 16:00 hrs. on that day for this purpose. Candidates are allowed to apply only once and applications once submitted cannot be altered under any circumstances. Candidates are required to possess a valid e-mail ID, which is to be entered in the Application form, so that intimation regarding downloading of call letter for Interview can be sent. BDL will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent to the candidates. However, necessary information will be hosted on BDL’s Website from time to time. Candidates other than SC/ST and PWD are required to furnish the details of Demand Draft in order to register their application Online. On submission and acceptance of application, the System will generate Registration Number and the candidates have to print the registration slips. The candidate is required to write his/her Name and the registration number allotted, on the reverse side of the Demand Draft and SC/ST/PWD on the reverse side of the certificates, which is to be forwarded along with registration slip to “DM, C-P&A (Plg & ED), Bharat Dynamics Limited, Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad – 500 058” by post so as to reach latest by 17/08/2009.
